Under mount rear guide socket for draw

We don't have an exact match for this drawer guide, but we can definitely try to track down a working equivalent. Before we go any further, could you show me a clearer picture of how this guide connects to the metal track? It looks like the track might plug into something on the guide, but I'm not sure. That will be a big determining factor.

Would it also be possible to see what this guide looks like while installed?
