Undermount drawer glide

I'm trying to replace a broken undermount drawer glide. It is similar to a Blum glide, but is not one of their parts (per their customer service folks). The only label says "Diamond", and it was installed on a circa 2011 Cardell bath cabinet. The original Cardell company is now out of business, and unrelated to the current business using that name. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the drawer slides shown in your photos, though you're welcome to look through the drawer parts that we carry here. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
