The rear bracker for my undermount style drawer slide is broken and I need to replace.

I am afraid we don't carry an exact match for this bracket. If this is for an undermount track, I recommend you consider replacing the entire track with a kit like our 32-053. Watch the video below to see if this would be possible for you.
