Unidentifiable Mortise Lock and Handle

Question

Security Screen door with no markings other than a white sticker with a barcode and serial number 0000881791 on the hinge rail. The handle was sticking and eventually broke. The broken part is a piece within the lock body connected to where the spindle is inserted. I would like to go ahead and replace the handle along with the lock body if I can find one slim enough to fit the door.
