Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell an exact match for this pivot bar but I'm confident we can still help. My recommendation would be the 26-021. You'll notice that this only has one "horn" rather than two but that doesn't matter too much in my experience. If this concerns you though, we'd be happy to take a look at the pivot shoe you have now to verify that this one-horn style can fit.
Your next step should be to measure the hole placement to ensure that the back hole is the same 2" when measured from the center of the back hole to the end of the pivot bar.
If it doesn't match up, let us know and we can work from there.
