Unidentified top in balance

Question

I watched your Youtube video, and visit your web page, they are very explicit thank you.

I still have a problem because apparently my windows are too old. I identified the balance length and width. The reference in my balance says 2930. I also identified the shoe, but non of your samples show the top I have in my window. I attach a pic for you to help me to buy the 8 I need to replace
