I need a 22" balancer spring assembly and the lower travel piece for one of my windows.

To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original balances to view the overall style. We will also need to see pictures of the lower piece referenced. Thank you!

I probably need two of each of these. Since I'm doing one, I should probably do both. Thank you for your quick reply on the first email.

Your balance resembles the S770-22 channel balance. Please review the metal channel for any number/letters stamped on the balance. This marking will indicate the spring strength option needed. If there is no number present, obtain the weight of the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to determine the correct option to choose.

For the pivot shoe, please start by reviewing the 15-188 or 15-178. Review all dimensions to confirm a good fit. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
