Thank you for reaching out to us. The stamp on the metal channel isn't a part number or identifier, so we don't know what hardware your window uses. If you can remove an undamaged pivot shoe, including the written-out thickness and width, we can narrow down some options.

We'll also need to see photos of the complete balance assembly removed from the window if you'd like us to ID it.
