Unigrass cabinet brackets

I recently ordered replacement parts for my kitchen cabinets that I thought were correct. What I need are two sets of unigrass 6600 brackets that are 22 and 7/16 inches long metal pieces, including the wheel. What I received were metal parts that are 21 and 11/16 inches long including the wheel. Can I use the shorter pieces? I will order the other pieces if I cannot use the shorter pieces. Also, I have in my pieces circles that number 9, oval holes that number 2 and double holes that number 4. What I received were pieces that numbered 10 circles, 2 ovals, and 4 double circles on the one type of metal and 8 circles on the other pieces.
