The plastic block shown are at the front and back of each slide on each side of the cabinet. Rather than the slides being mounted directly to the cabinet these plastic spacers keep the slides about 3/4" inward allowing the slide to clear a lip at the front of the cabinet. I'd like to purchase several of these blocks/spacers etc.
