Uninstalling the 26-354 vent sash

How do I remove the old one and install the new one i just puchased?  is there a trick to removing the old one?

Good morning! Thanks for posting. There really isn't a trick to uninstalling these, per say. You will have to simply pull it out. Keep in mind that this will break the little clips that hold it in; you can not salvage the old sash vent stop, as they are not meant to be reinstalled.
