How do you remove the rollers from the screen door with out taken screen off.

Unfortunately, to remove this type of patio roller, you must take the door completely apart. You must remove the screen wire and take the top and side rails apart to expose the corner roller.

If the mesh is in good shape, I've found it easier to just pull back the spline from the top, tap off the rail, replace the corner, tap it back on, roll the mesh back in, rotate and repeat on the bottom rail. I've usually been able to reuse the mesh this way. If you completely remove the mesh, good luck getting it back on.
