Unique 15-F-60 Window Balance Replacement

The part is stamped UNIQUE 15-F-60 with the date 16/04/97 but the metal channel is actually 16" long and 9/16" wide.

It is for the bottom sash of a tilt single-hung vinyl window that is 22.5 lbs and measures 18" tall x 50-1/2" wide.

I am sorry to say that Unique balance manufacturer has gone out of business some time ago. However, we can still offer our assistance on a replacement. I believe you may be able to use our S770-16 balance with a 16F option that holds a sash weight of 22-24 pounds. Review the part mentioned and let us know if you should have any further questions.
