The manufacturer of Unique balances has been out of business for quite some time. We believe the balance you are showing us in your photo could be 28" in length with a 1-1/4" wide T-lock balance shoe. The balance is attached with a screw at the top of the window track. That said, take a look at our S795-28 channel balance. Compare yours with ours to see if this is a match. If so, you may go with a 28D option that holds a sash weight range of 23-26 pounds.
