We may be able to help, though we likely won't be able to get the exact hardware you have now, since the company who made your windows is out of business. Fir the balance, can you show me a picture of it out of the window? I'd like to see the bottom shoe, as well as how it installs at the top.

We don't be able to replace the tilt latch. You will need to find some way to substitute with a surface mount latch. You can see our entire selection here. Typically, these require you to drill new holes in the sash for them to install, but it looks like your latch is nested in a deep groove. I'm not sure what you could use to install a tilt latch over that groove.
