hi!

I would like to identify which replacement part I need to buy.

There is a roller that is broken - please see pictures.

The Unique balance manufacturer has been out of business for some time now. From your photos, I believe you can use our S390-31 side-load balance, with a spring weight option of 3040. Check that out and let me know if you think it will work.
