Unique windows need 20-E-50 balances as well as the plastic piece that attaches to the window.

Hello I need 20 of the above mentioned balances as well as 20 of the plastic pieces that attach to the window with the two screw fastener in the pictures. The manufacturing dates on the balances say 1997. Please help!
