The sample in your second photo looks like glazing, though I'm not sure exactly what you have. It would ultimately come down to your dimensions, but I'm having trouble understanding yours. Start by looking at our 55-080 or 55-156 and see if either match up to your sample.

As for the seal in your third photo, could you remove a sample and show me a clear photo of its end profile? We need to see it from the same angle as your glazing, which was perfect. Clarifying its dimensions would also be a huge help.
