Unknown Coil Balance System

Customer shipped this to my office with no identifying markers except a 40 stamped on one coil. help me please......

Thanks for contacting us. Your coil balance shoe closely resembles our 15-180. I'm pretty sure yours is just an older version, so ours should work fine as a replacement. With that in mind, you may also want to see our 15-181 cover, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil balance. Let me know what you think.
