Unknown Spiral counter balance bottom carriage

A quick learner from Wilmington, NC says:
Looking for replacement spiral counter balances. The vertical spiral is a 3/8th and 27 inches long. The bottom carriages are in bad shape as shown and the rods from the window have corroded and broken off. Need help to identify new spiral counter balance and and how to replace corroded bottom rods.

Hello,

Take a look at our S900-27 spiral balance. You'll need to either locate the colored tip at the base of the housing tube or weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the product description to choose the correct strength option.

If you need the pivot shoes that the balances attach to as well, we would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, as well as the width and thickness, to research your replacement options. Thank you!
