Unknown Window Pivot Bar

A home owner from Virginia says:
I am trying to identify a window pivot bar from an unknown brand of windows. 3 images are attached. Th part that is curved is supposed to be straight. As a result the window does not operate properly. I have been unable to find a similar part online or instore.

It seems to be 2.75 inches long, .75 inches wide, and .75 inches tall. The two holes are .75 inches apart. The first hole (the one closest to the actual pivot point) appears to be 1.25 inches from the point that connects to the shoe

Hello there. We don't have the exact bottom pivot bar, but you may be able to use our 26-376 as a replacement. We find the dip of the pivot bar isn't critical, so 26-376 might work for you. Please compare.
