Unknown awning window operator

Question

Hi. Wonder if you can help me ID a potential replacement for this LH awning window operator. I measure 5 1/4 from center to center holes. 1/2" between top holes and 3/4" between bottom holes. Thanks!

Take a look at our 39-075 operator. The dimensions seam closest to what I see in your pictures.
