Unknown brand casement mechanism

Photos of in place piece.  Arm has a plastic piece on a knob that broke so arm will not engage slide on window bottom track.

Thanks for writing in! This window operator is a match for the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. It uses the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider to connect the long arm to the 39-528 track. The cover kits for it are sold separately, so you may also need either the 39-376 (folding) or the 39-452.

Dimensions for 39-253RB

The parts at the top and bottom of the window are the hinges. We can supply the replacements for them, but I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.
