Unknown brand patio door lock installed circa 2001

Question

house was built by US Homes. Original door. I'M a new owner. The lock no longer works.Photo of all sides of the lock and handles attached. Thx for your help

Hello! This looks like a dead ringer for our 82-218. I'm very confident that this is the mortise lock you need, but you may want to review our dimensions just to be 100% sure.
