Unknown brand shoe replacement parts

Hello

These are unknown brand double hung replacement window. When showing my son how to remove these I broke what I think of the shoe.

There are no stickers or identifying brands on any windows.

I took a few pics of the broken shoe and the assembly in the window. There's a metal 3 prong hook that attached the show assembly to the riser.

Can you help figure out this parts, and other parts for the entire assembly. I'm sure I'll break others.
