I think this part is perhaps a Top Sash Guide. There is no part number on it.
I ordered the S390-29 Channel Balance to repair my window and I?m needing this top sash guide as well, just not sure which one. I?m not sure if this helps or not. Thanks.

We offer a top sash guide similar to yours, however it includes two holes instead of the one oblong hole you are showing. Please visit our 18-142 guide. Even with the minor difference, we believe it should still fit your window sash. Take a look. What do you think?
