Unknown part number

Had a few of these parts break. From what I can tell it's either a double or triple coil balance assembly. Windows were manufactured by Simonton in late 2004 or early 2005. Can't find any identifying numbers visible.

We should be able to help, but will need to see additional pictures to confirm. To further review, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can see a clear view of the pivot shoe that the coils attach to. Seeing the pivot shoe will help us determine the Series of coil balances you have.
