Unknown parts, crank and latch

A handy person from Pennsylvania says:
The cranks and latches are broken on a pair of windows. The windows crank open in opposite directions, I'm assume each crank device has a different pn. I don't have any information on the window mfg. or parts, they were broken when the house was purchased. Please let me know any additional information I can provide to determine necessary replacement parts.
Thank you

Hey there!

Start by comparing your dimensions to the 39-089 and 39-090 operators to see if this matches up to your original assembly.

As for the casement lock, see the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139. Look over all the dimensions, especially the projection of the fork, to see if one of these is what you need.
