Let me help you. First, remove the sliding glass door from the outside and lay flat on two saw horses or maybe something like a picnic table. The screw above the adjusting screw is the frame screw; remove it there and on the other bottom corner. With a mallet and block of wood, knock off the bottom door rail carefully off the glass. You will see the screw holding the wheel housing to the door. Remove the screw and take out of the wheel housing. Repeat this for the other wheel housing, as well. Replace the new rollers, carefully put the bottom door rail back using the mallet, and reinstall the frame screws and the door on the track. Don't forget to adjust the rollers so door rides smoothly.
