Unknown sash windows

A quick learner says:

I need to replace the coil balance springs in these double pain sash windows but there are no identification marks on them.Im guessing they were installed about 20 years ago in San Diego. Thanks Alan

Hey, Alan. I'm, afraid I cannot identify what coil balance you have just by seeing the sash. If possible, I'll need you to remove the pivot shoe and springs and show us a clear picture of them. Once we see those we will do our best to find a match.
