Hi, can't easily remove.

Need 2 new rollers and plastic slip upper guides.

Heavy door.

Aluminum frame of the glass will have to be removed to pull the roller, photographed and reinstalled to get pictures.
Then order the rollers and repeat the process.

Correct?

Door weighs 40 lbs+ and is 48" wide. My children may not be able to pick it up to help.

I did try to look up our handle to see who was the manufacture of the door but, unfortunately, I could not locate your exact handle. Looking at the photo of the bottom of the door, I can't make out what roller you will need or if your roller is still available. We will need you to remove the roller and give us some photos of it, along with the dimensions, for us to identify a possible replacement.
