Hello! I believe the manufacturer of your door was Cole Sewell, who have been out of business for a long time. As such you won't find an exact match for this set. The good news is that we have a few different substitutes that will work. Two options that come to mind are our 40-058 and 40-152. I have known many customers who were able to adapt either of these two sets to this same door, so I feel confident that you can get one of them working, as well.
