Unknown type window shoe broken

Question

Photos are of  label found on window sash and the intact window shoe on the right side. Left window shoe is broken so that it can't hold the foot but the spring mechanism seems to be intact.

To start, see our 15-111. I think this might be the pivot shoe you're looking for, but you're going to want to remove the shoe from the window to know for certain. Compare the width and thickness of your old shoe with the 15-111 to see if it's a match. If you do need to replace the coil springs as well, note that the 15-111 is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Balances.
