Unknown window make/model - need shoe assembly or individual parts

No markings - really only need that metal part on top of the shoe assembly that holds the spiral spring. But I understand if the whole shoe assembly needs to be replaced. Shoe is about 2 1/8 tall, 1 3/8 wide and 1/2 deep. Thanks very much for your help! With no manufacturer on the window and Google showing what looks like many many many different types of shoes, this is so wonderful of you to do!

The pivot shoe you're looking for closely matches our 15-188. It is 1-1/4" wide, however, not 1-3/8", and is 1/2" thick. Please go over our measurements and see if it could work for you.

Hi Paul, and thanks so much for your reply. I pulled a shoe out and don't know how/why I was off before, but your measurements are indeed correct! I'll be buying some 15-188s! Thanks!

Realized the color of the brake pad on the existing shoes is brown, found the 15-178s, and just ordered a bunch. Thanks again!
