Unknown window manufacturer

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balance Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. To know what balance length to select, measure the metal channel not including the nylon attachments at either end. Finally, you'll need to select a stamp option. If there is no stamp code on your balance or if you are uncertain, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the stamp options listed on the product page.

That is pretty small. You may want to triple check that just to be 100% sure. We do carry a smaller shoe that's 7/8" deep, which is our 15-029. However in order to sell a balance with this shoe it would have to be a custom order.
