Unknown year Certainteed double hung latch

I have unknown year or model certainteed double hung tilt sash windows. The photo is of the top sash right side upper latch that broke. I need both sides and can't find a replacement with this screw in design. There is a vinyl cover that snaps on over the latches once installed.

I'm afraid that I don't recognize this latch. The only product we have by Certainteed that resembles this is our 26-317. This is very close in a number of respects, but different enough that I can't be sure if it will work for the same application.
Would it be at all possible to see what the original part looks like while fully installed? That may at least give me an indication if our 26-317 is compatible as an alternative.

I ended up ordering the part suggested. It required modification and the windo needed to be altered. I sanded down the edges to get the correct width to fit the track in the window. Once in the track, I marked the location of the push in locking tabs and drilled a pripee side hole. Ne latch was then able to be installed and top cover was able to be replaced. Hope this helps the next guy....
