Unmarked 22" balances. 1/2" wide need help with identifying for replacement : SWISCO.com

Looking for the replacement part for these window balances. They are 22" in length and 1/2" wide. I saw no markings on them. I have more pictures so if more information is needed please let me know. Thank you.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-22 or S385-22, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you Tom. I'll be sure to measure the shoe to get the right sizing. The window also has these top caps that cracked due to age. They sit on both sides above the balances. Is this something you can also help identify a replacement? I included a couple images and can provide measurements if needed.

Sure, this part is called the top sash guide. We sell a ton of these. Yours in particular appears to match our 18-124P. I feel confident this is what you want, but you can review our specs below to verify.
