Unsure about replacement part

Hello,

I need to replace two channel balances for a Milgard window (2610/2670), but I'm not sure which is the correct balance for it on your site.

The printing on the balance reads: 26 5 KR CALDWELL

Hi, Tim. This information doesn't identify your balance, unfortunately. Can you remove the balance from the window to take photos of the end attachments?

Here ac a couple photos of each end as well as a picture of in next to a ruler (the metal length is 27")

For your Milgard window, you will need the S385-27 side-load balance. The spring weight "26 5" will be our "2650," for a sash weighing between 26 and 30 pounds.
