The numbers etched on the 30" balance looks like 29-4 nj B-S1. Those are the only markings on the balance. I ordered a set of balances in the past for the same size window for my home and you told me they were Model Numbers 380-30, option: 2940. Would this be what I need to replace this current broken window?

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. If the stamp on your metal channel is "29 4", then you'll need a 2940 stamp option but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% certain.
