Unsure of what to purchase for broken slide(?)

Hello! My slide out pantry shelf recently broke and I am unsure of what I need to purchase to fix it. The side is labeled UNIGRASS 6600 but I can't seem to find anything like what I need online.

It looks like you might just need new slide spacers. Check out our 32-334, 32-339, 32-350, 32-352B or 32-355. Compare the dimensions with your old spacer to see if one of these could work for you.
