Unsure which coil balance parts to buy

Hello! I need to replace two of these--one on each side for the upper sash. The window has no brand or number that I can locate. Any help identifying the right replacement would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-180, which is designed to work with the Series 190 coil springs. Your original coils should have stamp codes on them that you'll use to choose the corresponding strength option.
