Unsure which channel balance to buy

Question

The channel balance broke at the shoe or cam (not sure, I can't get to it without help to get the window pane out). I think I might buy a whole new channel assembly, but the stamp isn't matching with any parts online. Can you help? It says " 24 3BSI" and I can't read the last symbol, maybe TT? Thank you

To further review, we will need to see the top and bottom nylon attachments of the balance to determine which series you have. Unfortunately we cannot confirm the correct replacement without seeing these parts. I have related some videos below for further information.
