Unusual interior door hinge

Looking for any info on this interior door hinge in my house. States "Ready Hung" with patent pending. Around year 1960. Well built, holds up very heavy solid wood doors. Any help is greatly appreciated

Found this stapled to the door frame when replacing a door much like yours.
