Upper & Lower Latches for old vinyl french door

Question

Hello,
I'm looking for the upper and lower latch mechanism for my french door. My fix-it-guy pulled apart the entire top assembly and removed the broken latch, so that is missing from the photo. It looked very similar to the latch from the bottom lock. The door appears to be vinyl and I don't know the age. The word "Specialty" is on one of the doors and the glass appears to be from Guardian (see photo). Is this something you have? Please let me know if there is any additional information needed.
