Upper casement window slide broken

Question

The upper window casement mechanism is broken. This is on the left window as you look from the outside. The second two pictures are the broken piece. The first pic is from the right side to show how it is supposed to look. The plastic slider piece on the left side where two arms attach is broken.
Can you supply a new mechanism?
