Upper corner protrusions on storm window of screen door

We unfortunately don't have any pivot that matches this. Based on the age of the window there is a good chance this isn't made anymore.

I am reminded of our 95-182, but the design is obviously still very different. If you're handy, you may be able to adapt this to work, but I can't guarantee it. See what you think.
