Thanks for writing in! Your casement window hinge can likely be replaced with the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. To determine if this is the correct fit, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them.

Keep in mind, there is a chance you'll need to replace the bottom hinge since our hinges may not be a direct replacement. This set can be used the replace the top and bottom hinge for left and right applications.
