Upper window metal tape type balances

The upper sash has three metal tape type balances per side these connect to the vinyl piece that the sash pivots in and out of to remove the window. Two pieces of the metal tape go to the back of the sash track and one goes to the front they all run down to a final piece that is broken away from the metal tape balance.
I believe there's a number 50 written on these and they're screwed in about 2/3 of the way up and the upper sash track
