Upper and lower latch replacements for Imperial window

One of my window's upper and lower latches broke . What would be a good replacements ?
Upper latch screw to screw -2 1/4 in.? Wide 1 3/4 length 4 inches
Lower latch - length 3 1/2 in.
Both Imperial brand .

The lock in your first two photos looks like it'd be a good match for our 90-005. I'm not sure about the part in your second photo, that's not familiar to me. Would it be possible to see if off the door?
