Upper and lower window latches

Width 1 7/16". Length 2 7/8"

Distance between hole centerlines. 1 7/16"

Distance hole centerline to edge 11/16"

As you can see the latches have disintegrated losing their

Projection tip or the casing has fallen apart. I believe the

Latches are the same for upper and lower windows.

The vinyl windows carry no manufacturer or model number.

However the window locks have the name CertainTeed on them.

Also the window balances are broken for the lower window, I

Will send pics and details in a separate post. 

I just realized the right and left side latches are different.

I need 3 left hand side and 2 right hand side. A total of 5 (when standing inside the house looking out, that is). Thank you.

Thank you, Casey. Yes the dimensions given in the specifications match the those of the latches on the windows. The only one I cannot match/find is the distance between the last hole center to the leading edge of the bracket, 11/16".

I am going to order 3 of each type.
